退款与取消政策
本政策说明 SoccerDream AI 订阅服务的取消方式与退款条件。本平台是体育赛事数据分析与人工智能研究工具，
全部内容仅用于研究与学习参考，不构成任何交易建议，也不提供任何资金交易或结算功能。
1. 订阅的取消
您可以随时取消订阅。取消后，当前已付费周期内的访问权限将继续保留至该周期结束，
到期后不会再次自动续费。取消不会立即终止服务，也不会产生额外费用。
2. 退款条件
- 首次订阅用户在付款后 14 天内，如未实质使用服务，可申请全额退款。
- 因技术故障导致服务完全不可用，且我方未能在合理时间内修复的，可按不可用天数比例退款。
- 重复扣款、误扣款等计费错误，经核实后全额退还多收部分。
- 超出上述范围，或已完整使用当期服务的，原则上不再办理退款。
3. 如何申请
请发送邮件至 dengkai@soccerdreamai.com，
注明注册账号、订单号与退款原因。我们会在 5 个工作日内回复处理结果；
退款经核准后，款项按原支付渠道退回，到账时间取决于支付服务商，通常为 5–10 个工作日。
4. 支付与开票主体
本平台面向海外用户的收款与开票由 Paddle.com 作为记录商户（Merchant of Record）代为处理，
账单描述中将出现 Paddle 相关标识。退款由收款方依其流程办理。
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy (English)
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the
current billing period and no further charges are made. A full refund is available within
14 days of the initial purchase if the service has not been materially used.
Refunds are also granted for billing errors and for prolonged service outage caused by us.

with your account, order number and reason; we respond within 5 business days.
Payments for overseas customers are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
